Basically born and raised in Calgary, Minh arrived to the city when she was 4 years old via Lethbridge and Hong Kong.  She moved with her husband and their two boys (ages 4 and 2) to Acadia in Spring 2022, attracted largely to its central location and access to downtown, close proximity to many amenities her family already uses, and abundant selection of schools within walking distance.   

With almost 15 years working in external stakeholder facing roles within the oil and gas industry, Minh joins the Board with experience in event planning and execution, communications, contract negotiation and customer engagement. She is the ACA’s Events Committee Chair and Communications Committee Co-Chair.

Minh holds a BComm from the University of Calgary in International Business and is a classically trained singer, performing on stage in community theatre, as well as with her band at various local venues.  Also in her spare time, Minh enjoys planning weddings and parties, graphic and stationary design, blogging, dabbling in interior design and movie nights with her boys.  Minh looks forward to contributing to the Acadia community with the goal of keeping it a wonderful place to live, work and play!
